The Best of Brandy is the official greatest hits album by American R&B singer Brandy, released in the United States on April 5, 2005 (see 2005 in music) on Atlantic Records. The recording contains almost all of the released singles of the singer - compiling both her albums Brandy, Never Say Never, Full Moon and Afrodisiac, as well as soundtracks to films such as Waiting to Exhale and Set It Off.
The CD doesn't contain new material but it is promoted by the presence of the Afrodisiac single "Who Is She 2 U," which was released at relatively the same time in Europe. It is regarded more as the final action of the record label Atlantic Records, from which Brandy departed shortly after the release.
The album debuted to #27 on the Billboard Top 200 Albums Chart its opening week to only 26,000 copies and has only sold about 100,000 copies to date. Wikipedia
